1.- Periodic investor meetings and review of financial statements
Once a quarter, after the issuance of the financial statements, the investment manager will hold a professional video meeting with the investors. In this meeting, the investors will receive a detailed explanation of the project’s progress in accordance with its goals. During the meeting, we will review the project’s financial statements and answer investors’ questions, in order to provide maximum real-time information throughout the project’s progress until the investment is realized.
2.- Active participation at critical junctures during the project
RSGA Group as the investment manager and the entity representing the interests of the investors, is actively involved in the material decisions made during the life of the project. We exert our influence at key points throughout the project stages, when it comes to making critical decisions. Our goal is to ensure that the interests of the company’s investors are carefully safeguarded and receive full attention, while meeting the project objectives.
3.- Data presentation and video review
For each project marketed by the company, we provide a comprehensive presentation that includes general data about the investment area. The presentation includes demographic and socio-economic information to reflect the trends in the area surrounding the proposed project. In addition, we send potential investors a detailed video overview of the relevant neighborhood and its surroundings. The goal is to provide the investor with all the knowledge and tools required to make an informed and responsible investment decision
4.- Ongoing monitoring of bank accounts
Ongoing cash flow management is the main financial artery of any project, and therefore we at RSGA Group are careful to monitor it closely at all times. The company produces quarterly financial reports and provides investors with full access to all financial information of the project. With the understanding that the company’s investors are integral partners in the investment process, we are committed to keeping investors informed about the progress of their investment at every stage of the way. During the investment phase, additionally investor’s funds are invested in a designated trust account with an external trustee. The funds are transfered to the closed project account only and solely subject to the provisions of the investment agreement and the agreement iwth the trustee, which is attached as an appendix to the invesment agreement.
5.- Continuous monitoring using real-time cameras
Intrahaus Global installs a network of advanced closed-circuit cameras, allowing constant access and full transparency to everything happening on the project site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using this system, we can monitor project progress in real time, manage the workforce remotely, and ensure adherence to established schedules, without relying on information from external parties.
